Needle valves series NP6
Np6 series needle valves are designed with stem seal below and two piece stem. A seal below the threads protects the fluid flow from contamination by thread lubricants or from washout, and also protects the stems from potentially hazardous media. The two piece stem is a non-rotating lower stem suitable for enhanced and reduced seal applications.
Rising stem and reference/master valves are available with seats and seals in a variety of materials. They are adapted for fixing threaded caps. The PV and PVG valve series provide single pass flow through two nozzle sizes. The valves use a non-wetted top stem and a non-rotating bottom stem along with a conical seat to provide proper shut-off and long seat life, even when used in particulate service.
The compact needle valves of the SN6 series are designed for shutting off and coarse control of liquid and gas flows used in process and metering applications. These valves are made from stainless steel bar stock, have an integral cap and seal located above the threads of the stem.
U Series valves are designed for use up to 6000 psi (414 bar) and temperatures as high as 1200°F (649°C). The non-rotating bottom stem helps extend seal life by eliminating rotation in the seal area. The stem seal below the threads isolates the thread lubrication from the influence of fluid flow and ensures sufficient lubrication performance regardless of the medium.
Needle valves of the V series are designed for reliable hermetic shutoff and regulation of the flow of working media in process, power and measuring installations. With a wide selection of port sizes and profiles, wide operating temperatures from -65°F to 450°F (-54°C to 232°C) and pressures up to 5000 psig (345 bar), V-Series needle valves provide the user with the flexibility to design downsized tubing or piping systems.
VL series needle valves are excellent for passive service at moderate pressures. They represent the optimal combination of performance and price for many purposes. They have threaded caps made from forged brass and have a PTFE seal below the stem threads. Dual PTFE stem end seals provide intermittent shut-off and/or coarse adjustment for both liquid and gas applications.
The VL series needle valves provide an ideal price/performance ratio for manual or pneumatic on/off operation in moderate pressure and temperature applications. Manual versions have a quick adjustment knob for pressures up to 300 psi (21 bar). The pneumatically operated version with two modes (normally closed and normally open) is ideal for automatic control at pressures up to 600 psi (41 bar).
Ball valves series B
Series B two-way ball valves with manual, pneumatic and electric actuators provide operational on-off control (the on-off transition is achieved in a quarter of a turn) by the flow of the working medium in process lines and in instrumentation systems. A wide range of body, seat, and seal materials make these valves suitable for a wide range of pressures and temperatures.
HB4 series high pressure ball valves provide reliable flow shutoff and flow switching. Upper and lower trunnion bearings increase the resistance of the bearing to jamming and increase the service life of the valve when used in extreme conditions. The valves have a compact and robust design using a spring loaded seat; valves have low torque at pressures up to 10,000 psi (689 bar).
The MB series ball valves are rugged and compact in design and provide the ability to positively shut off or distribute media flows in process plants, power supply systems and instrumentation systems. The unique one-piece seat/packing design guarantees a high degree of tightness while providing extended operating temperature range and extended device life. Ball valves are available in two-way and three-way versions, with brass or stainless steel bodies, and a wide range of port connections . In addition, any of the valve ports may be used as an inlet rated to supply the full operating pressure of the valve.
Three-piece SWB series ball valves are reliable valves that perform well under pressure and withstand pipeline loads. The valve center can be rotated for quick and easy seat, seal and ball replacement without breaking the piping system.
Plug valves of the PR series provide no leaks, high throughput; the valve has a compact attractive package and a quarter turn is enough to close/open it. The patented device, which makes the valve resistant to external influences, provides a reliable seal at all operating pressures. In addition to closing/opening, the plug device allows flow throttling. Depending on media compatibility and the temperature at which the valve operates, a choice of valve seat and sealing materials can be made. To increase the efficiency of PTFE rings and increase their service life, atmospheric pressure compensation is carried out.
Check valves series C
The C series check valves are designed to regulate unidirectional flows of working media and gases in chemical process plants, oil and gas companies, pharmaceutical and pulp and paper industries, in the energy industry and in public utilities.
Check valves series CO
The CO series check valves are designed to control the flow of liquids and gases in any direction in industries such as chemical, oil and gas production and transmission, pharmaceutical industry, pulp and paper, energy and utilities industries. The CO series check valves are particularly well suited for applications where high integrity and the ability to provide additional sealing are required.
Safety valves series RH4
RH4 relief valves are designed so that if the pressure upstream of the valve exceeds the closing force provided by the spring, the lower stem opens, allowing flow through the valve. The flow through the valve increases in proportion to the increase in pressure to the valve.
Safety valves series RL4
RL4 relief valves are designed so that if the pressure upstream of the valve exceeds the closing force provided by the spring, the lower stem opens, allowing flow through the valve. The flow through the valve increases in proportion to the increase in pressure to the valve.
BV series vent valves are designed for use with products such as multi-valve manifolds or metering/main valves. Functionally, valve outlets change pressure to either atmospheric or pressurized when using an optional barbed outlet pipe. Typically, bleed valves are used each time an instrument is removed from a system or to facilitate the process of calibrating a control device. It is also recommended to use the BV series valve in hydraulic bleed systems.
Dosing valves series HR
The HR series dosing valves provide the highest accuracy when measuring at medium pressures. Seven bases, tapered flats, non-rotating and non-rising valve stems allow for multiple measurements at capacities as low as 0.0004 Cv. These valves are adjustable in 15 turns, which allows you to control the flow with maximum precision. The valves in this series also have the ability to shut off the flow, which is not available in most dosing valves.
Dosing valves series N
The NS Series of metering valves are designed to provide accurate and consistent flow control for analysis, measurement and research. Thanks to various connection sizes, body patterns and materials of construction, these valves have a wide range of applications. For high flow rates, dosing valves of the NM and NL series are used.
Hi-Pro Ball Valve for High Efficiency Process Interlock
This class of high performance two-piece and bi-directional ball valves are designed to handle pressure ratings up to 10,000 psi (689 bar) when cold, providing 100% bubble cutoff (total bubble tightness) and continuous trouble-free operation. These ball valves can be used in most demanding applications in industries such as oil and gas, as well as in process control systems. Leakage paths through the valve body are minimized by adopting a two-piece split design. With the ability to select integral connectors with fully sealed swaged ends, users can eliminate the use of taper thread connections and thread sealants. As a result, contamination of the system is eliminated, creepage distances are reduced, equipment installation costs are reduced, weight values are reduced and it is possible to save surrounding space.
Manual Instrumentation Valves
Bar stock needle valves are designed to handle all fluids at pressure ratings up to 6000 psig (414 barg). Equipping the valves with a standard Teflon gland seal and a self-centering non-rotating plug ensures reliable sealing of the device during operation. Especially for work, it is possible to use a valve seat with a soft head (by separate order). A wide range of end connections are available for all types of installations. NACE compliant and valve cleaning for oxygen service is also available. In addition, a large list of materials for manufacturing is offered.
