Introduction Parker's CPI™/A-LOK® instrumentation tubing fittings are designed for use as pressure-tight connections in process, power, and instrumentation applications. Equipped with one or two O-rings, these fittings are manufactured to high quality assurance standards and are available in a wide range of sizes, materials and configurations.
CPI™/A-LOK® tube fittings are made specifically for instrumentation, process and control systems, analyzers and environmental control equipment used in chemical plants, refineries, power plants, pulp and paper mills. CPI™/A-LOK® tube fittings are also widely used in other areas where high quality tube fittings are required.
Parker's CPI™/A-LOK® fittings are manufactured as standard in 316 stainless steel heat code. Other commonly used materials include steel, brass, aluminium, cupro-nickel alloys, Hastelloy C®, Alloy 600, titanium, 6 µm molybdenum coated material, Incoloy 625 and 825.
Cylindrical fittings are made from cold-drawn bar stock, and shaped bodies from fine-grained forgings by machining.
Tube fittings, CPI™/A-LOK® adapters are available in a wide range of ISO and ANSI pipe threads.
CPI™/ALOK ® seals perform equally well on both thin-walled and thick-walled pipelines.
CPI™/A-LOK® tube fittings do not cause pipe bending during assembly. The design of the applied CPI™/A-LOK® sealing sleeves ensures that during installation and reassembly, all movements are transmitted along the axis of the pipeline. Due to the absence of radial movements, the pipe does not experience mechanical stresses. At the same time, the mechanical integrity of the pipeline is maintained.
The reliability of connections between CPI™/A-LOK® fittings has been proven through extensive testing and field experience in manufacturing high quality pipe-fitting assemblies.
Parker's CPI™/A-LOK® fittings consist of precision engineered and matched parts to provide leak-tight connections that can be used in high pressure, vacuum applications.
