Air-oil heat exchangers
Air-oil heat exchangers are optimally adapted for use in the industrial sector. Offered with a wide range of accessories, the oil coolers are suitable for most applications and environmental conditions. The maximum heat dissipation is 300 kW at an inlet temperature difference (ETD) of 40 °C.
Overheating is a costly problem, reducing the cooling capacity leads to an increase in heat balance. This results in insufficient lubricity, internal leaks, increased risk of cavitation, component damage, etc. Overheating is associated with problems such as reduced profitability and negative environmental impacts.
Optimization of the heat balance is a necessary condition for economic efficiency. The thermal balance in the hydraulic system is achieved when the heat exchanger ensures the dissipation of energy losses. This is the energy lost by the system. Its value can be calculated by the formula: (Ploss = Pcool = P inflow - Pexpenditure).
Thermal balance optimization means that thermal equilibrium is achieved at the system's ideal operating temperature, which is the temperature at which the oil viscosity and air content meet the specified requirements.
The correct operating temperature allows:
